What You ll Do Provide HR support to small businesses across the US primarily via email. and assist the HR Account Manager assigned to those accounts. Deliver world-class customer experiences by building strong relationships and offering clear, actionable HR solutions. Advise clients on HR strategies and ensure compliance with labor laws and business practices. Resolve complex HR issues, such as employee relations, corrective actions, terminations, and policy development. Maintain a high level of service by meeting key performance indicators, contributing to client retention and overall growth. Educate and train clients and their employees on Bambee s products and services. What You Need to Know Earn Money We pay $3.50 per HR request. The expected completed volume is 50 cases per day, which can translate to around $46,000 annually at almost full-time. Your payout will be based on the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys you receive. Who You Are You have 2+ years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR disciplines and best practices, particularly in employee relations and labor law compliance.
