They are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations across a portfolio of behavioral health clients.ResponsibilitiesHR operations and record keepingPerform data entry and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platformsMaintain and organize digital personnel files in compliance with internal standards and applicable regulationsSupport benefits enrollment processes and respond to basic employee inquiries, escalating as neededAssist in preparing and tracking HR documentation, including offer letters, employment verifications, and policy acknowledgmentsCoordinate onboarding logistics for new hires across multiple client organizationsFollow up with hiring managers to ensure onboarding tasks are completed on timeSupport I-9 and E-Verify completion in accordance with federal requirementsHandle sensitive employee information with discretion and in compliance with HIPAA standardsAssist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidatesConduct pre-screen interviews and document candidate feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Help prepare job postings and maintain candidate pipelines across active requisitionsAssist the HR team with audits, tracker maintenance, and ad hoc reportingPitch in on special projects and process improvement initiatives as they ariseHelp ensure HR workflows stay organized and nothing falls through the cracksUpdate projects using ZohoProjectsSkillsAssociate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field)2 or more years of experience in an HR, administrative, or recruiting support roleProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environmentComfort handling sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyReliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspaceExperience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Gusto, BambooHR, or OnPayFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (Zoho Recruit or similar)Knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, and multi-state HR compliance requirementsExperience supporting onboarding workflows across multiple locations or organizationsPrior exposure to behavioral health, healthcare, or other regulated industriesBenefitsFully RemoteMedical insuranceGenerous paid time offCompany OverviewYou didn’t enter the Behavioral Health space to drown in paperwork, stress over Joint Commission audits, or troubleshoot IT tickets.
