The role involves leading hotel property page optimization initiatives to enhance digital effectiveness and conversion performance while aligning with brand standards.ResponsibilitiesExecute hotel-owned digital storytelling and property page optimization initiatives that improve conversion and maximize available content across channelsPartner with Product and Website teams to implement approved property page enhancements, including imagery swaps, content hierarchy improvements, and storytelling enhancements within existing templatesManage execution of scalable optimization programs designed to improve conversion and reduce friction for hotelsDevelop and maintain practical education and enablement materials that help hotels improve the effectiveness of their Hilton.com property pagesEnsure website governance standards and page optimization guardrails are maintained while providing guidance and recommendations back to propertiesSupport prioritization and rollout planning for new property page enhancements and optimization initiativesTranslate hotel feedback and business needs into actionable recommendations that inform future website enhancements and roadmap considerationsPartner closely with Product, Website, and Digital teams to support implementation of property page enhancements and optimization initiativesCollaborate with Hotel Level Marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve hotel page performance and scalabilityWork cross-functionally with Brand and Enterprise Marketing teams to align property page experiences with Hilton standards and business prioritiesEngage with agency and external partners as needed to support execution of optimization programs and approved content initiativesLead scalable hotel property page optimization programs and enhancement initiativesDevelop and own education and enablement resources that help hotels improve their Hilton.com property pagesOversee governance and implementation support related to property page updates and optimization standardsCoordinate prioritization and rollout of page enhancements and new property page capabilitiesDrive cross-functional coordination to translate hotel feedback into practical website improvementsSkills5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website optimization, content strategy, or hotel-level marketingDemonstrated experience improving website or landing page performance through content and page optimization strategiesProven track record managing cross-functional initiatives involving digital platforms, website operations, or product implementationsExperience working with agency and external partners to support execution of digital optimization programsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceStrong understanding of digital marketing, website optimization, and content strategy principlesDemonstrated ability to improve website or landing page performance through content and page-level optimizationExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAbility to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable recommendations for digital experiencesStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levelsExperience with matrix collaboration across diverse teams and business functionsWorking knowledge of digital content management systems or website optimization programsUnderstanding of hotel-level marketing operations and scalable enablement modelsExperience supporting digital product enhancements or website rollout initiativesBackground in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brand marketingExperience working with digital content management systems or website optimization programsFamiliarity with hotel-level marketing operations and scalable enablement modelsCompany OverviewHilton is a hospitality company, owns luxury and full-service hotels and resorts, and focused-service hotels.
