There are multiple opportunities to increase the hourly rate. All nurses are eligible for a $1 shift differential for overnights and a $1 shift differential for weekends (Saturday & Sunday). All part-time and full-time nurses accumulate PTO, based on the number of hours worked (per year). All part-time and full-time nurses are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. Full-time nurses may also participate in medical, dental, vision, and/or supplemental insurances.
