Required Qualifications
ā¢ Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
ā¢ Current licensure as a Social Worker in Pennsylvania.
ā¢ Previous experience in hospice or palliative care is highly desirable.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
