Required Skills • Strong nursing assessment abilities. • Proficiency in developing and adjusting care plans. • Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients and families. • Capability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary group. • Meticulous documentation skills adhering to regulatory standards. • Effective time management and adaptability, especially in crisis situations. Qualifications • Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's Degree preferred). • Current, active, and unrestricted compact Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Valid CPR certification (CHPN preferred). • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inpatient care alongside 2 years of nursing experience in relevant fields, specifically with patients facing life-limiting illnesses. • Proficiency in computer applications is required.
