[Remote] HMIS: Project Manager

The Project Manager will support the implementation and integration of the Clarity Human Services platform, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.ResponsibilitiesManage and support projects related to coordinated entry, data migration, the Client Portal, and interoperability — keeping work on track against timelines, budgets, and customer expectationsCoordinate with stakeholders to understand their needs and business processes, translating them into functional solutions within Clarity Human ServicesIdentify and flag risks early, escalating challenges proactively and proposing solutions before they become problemsFacilitate and attend meetings with customer and community stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and providing clear project updatesCreate clear documentation, including workflow summaries, SOWs, work plans, configuration logs, and training materialsDevelop and deliver presentations, including software demonstrations, for both remote and in-person audiences — including non-technical stakeholdersCollaborate across departments to coordinate resources and ensure project needs are metStay current on industry trends in homeless response systems and technology, bringing relevant insights back to the teamSkillsProject Management Fundamentals: Foundational experience tracking project tasks, progress, deliverables, and coordinating stakeholder communicationCross-Team Coordination: Ability to work across departments, align resources, and assign tasks effectively to keep projects movingOrganization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities as needs evolveCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience facilitating meetings, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesAnalytical Comfort: Working familiarity with data and analytics tools at a foundational level, with a genuine willingness to grow those skillsTechnology Enthusiasm: Genuine interest in learning new software, systems, and workflows — you see tools as enablers, not obstaclesAdaptability: You can create structure in ambiguous situations, stay calm when plans change, and know when to ask for help versus when to move forwardFamiliarity with or experience using Clarity Human Services or HMISBackground in system administration, the homeless services Continuum of Care, human services systems, or coordinated entryExposure to API integrations, system-to-system data flows, or data migration concepts (even conceptually)Experience presenting to or training non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with CRM or case management software beyond HMISBenefitsComprehensive healthcare (100% employer-paid for employees)12 weeks paid parental leaveR&R Week (paid week off at year-end)Three weeks paid vacation + two volunteer days per year401K retirement plan (4% match)Flexible work hours and remote-first cultureCareer growth plans for each roleCompany OverviewWe are a small (but mighty) team working to help communities use data to tackle their greatest social challenges.
