Responsibilities include:
Ā Building and managing relationships with hiring managers and providing support in the recruitment process
Ā Identifying qualified candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screens
Ā Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks)
Ā Manage job applicant flow and coordinate interviews with recruiting coordinators and hiring managers
Ā Coordinate and set up interview appointments with job applicants.
Ā Gathering feedback from managers and continuously working as a recruitment partner
Ā Assisting with other projects as needed
Qualifications:
Ā Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related work
Ā Experience: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role
Ā Experience recruiting in a high volume environment preferred.
Ā 1-3 years of experience
Skills:
Ā Ability to multi-task, make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism
Ā Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Ā Must be able to speak, write, and understand English to effectively communicate
Ā Experience with Workday a plus
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite a plus
