We're currently expanding and bringing on a few serious sales professionals to join our remote team.
What You'll Be Doing
This role is focused on execution, not chasing leads.
Taking inbound, pre-qualified calls (Zoom or phone)
Leading structured sales conversations with confidence
Diagnosing client needs and positioning the right solution
Handling objections in real time without pressure tactics
Keeping CRM notes clean and actionable after each call
Hitting performance targets and contributing to team momentum

Compensation & Structure
Setters: Starting around $1,000 to $1,500 per week
Closers: Starting around $2,000 to $3,000 per week + performance incentives
Additional upside tied to production and consistency
