This role focuses on prospecting and lead generation for their Overhead Crane & Hoist Sales and Service and Electric Motor Sales and Service divisions, driving sales growth through strategic outreach and solution-based selling.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential clients with a focus on companies requiring hoist and crane inspections and repairs, electric motor service, and predictive maintenance solutionsDevelop and implement targeted outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities, utilizing cold calling, email campaigns, networking, industry events, and referralsManage the sales process from initial contact to negotiation and closingBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industriesCollaborate with the internal team to tailor service offerings that meet client needs and provide value-added solutionsStay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the industrial spaceConduct market research to identify new potential clients, opportunities for expansion, and potential threats in the marketplaceWork Closely with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, drive repeat business, and generate additional opportunitiesProvide excellent customer service and ensure that client expectations are consistently metPrepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clientsCollaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with the clientโ€™s needsMaintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRMProvide regular reports on lead generation progress, sales pipeline, and conversion rates to senior leadershipSkillsBachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to identify customer pain points and propose appropriate solutionsProficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Company OverviewHi-Speed Industrial Service is a provider of machinery repair services.
