[Remote] Help Desk Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Airgas is a leading U.S. supplier of industrial, medical and specialty gases, and they are seeking a remote BPI/SAP Help Desk Agent. The role involves supporting business units on SAP related processes, taking live calls, and managing tickets in the iSupport system.
