Remote LTSS HEDIS Abstractor HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Remote LTSS HEDIS Abstractor to fill multiple openings with a prestigious Healthcare Organization. Daily Responsibilities for Remote LTSS HEDIS Abstractor: Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Abstraction/overread of medical records for the Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and Screening, Risk Assessment, and Plan of Care to Prevent Future Falls measures. Experience with these measures is a must (CAU, CPU, RAC, SCP, FFR, and FFS) • Accurately extract and enter data from charts, EHRs, and other clinical documentation into internal abstraction systems. • Conduct overreads of abstracted records to validate data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with measure specifications. • Identify discrepancies or errors in abstracted data and provide clear feedback to abstractors to ensure quality and consistency. • M-F: 8a-5p Required Qualifications for Remote LTSS HEDIS Abstractor: • LTSS Required--(CAU, CPU, RAC, SCP, FFR, and FFS).
