They are seeking an Expert AI Trainer with hedge fund investment expertise to contribute to an AI training project, focusing on capturing analytical frameworks and portfolio management judgment used in hedge fund strategies. Responsibilities • Contribute hedge fund investment expertise to an AI training project • Help capture the analytical frameworks and portfolio management judgment used across leading hedge fund strategies Skills • 4+ years at an established hedge fund as a PM or (Senior) Analyst • Experience in one or more of the following strategies: Multi-manager platforms (e.g., pod-based or sector-focused pods at large platforms), Fundamental long/short equity (single-stock research, long-biased or market-neutral), Credit and distressed (high yield, distressed debt, restructuring, special situations), Event-driven and activist (merger arbitrage, spin-offs, activism, corporate catalysts), Macro and quantitative (systematic strategies, factor research, discretionary macro) • Strong ability to build and communicate investment theses, credit analyses, or systematic frameworks in writing • Experience with position sizing, risk management, and high-accountability investment environments • Minimum 15 hours commitment per week • Remote asynchronous contract Company Overview • MentisPro is an end-to-end AI hiring platform that sources, vets and manages talent across the globe It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
