Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data to ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflow
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to assign daily staffing tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing schedules using Excel and other software
Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing situations
