Your Responsibilities

• Connect with potential candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule consultations between candidates and our recruitment team for deeper evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Maintain precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Receive commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your efforts

Compensation Structure
This role is entirely performance-driven, based solely on commission. As a result, there's no limit to your earning capacity or heights of success you can reach.
