Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with healthcare providers.
• Manage and update electronic health records and scheduling software.
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize scheduling and reduce wait times.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details.
• Assist in the development and implementation of scheduling policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving scheduling processes and patient satisfaction.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a healthcare scheduling or administrative role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and electronic health records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
• Flexible availability to work day or night shifts, including weekends if needed.
