The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of clients across the country.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talentUtilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidatesProspect for and identify talented clinicians specializing in high-demand fields, adept at fulfilling specific key client orders with precision and efficiencyScreen resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fitBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openingsCoordinate interviews with Account Managers/Clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
