[Remote] Healthcare Recruiter

They are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to recruit, screen, negotiate, and hire healthcare professionals for the Department of Veteran Affairs clients, while building relationships and maintaining a pool of active candidates.ResponsibilitiesImplement independent recruiting strategies to recruit, screen (interview), and evaluate healthcare workers based on clientsβ specific needsResponsible for cultivating a network of potential healthcare workers to meet company goalsSell assignments to candidates by probing for unspoken needs and using a consultative sales approachSelect candidates and present to hiring managers based on skill level and background knowledge of clientNegotiate compensation package with the candidates and maintain acceptable marginEnsure candidate files adhere to both the business and facility credentialing requirementsDevelop strategies to pursue new avenues for recruiting candidates; utilize a variety of tools (i.e., email campaigns, social media) to establish relationships and expand candidatesConvert candidates to employees by working closely with internal onboarding departmentsSupport resolution of candidate concerns in a timely mannerMaintain a database (e.g., iCIMS) with accurate candidate contact information, qualifications and selling points; ensure all communication with candidate is documentedComplete weekly recruitment reports and special recruiting projects as neededMeet weekly productivity metrics/goalsAll other duties as assignedSkillsBachelors degree, or four years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degreeExperience supporting recruiting for a large healthcare or hospital systemExperience developing recruitment process and strategiesMinimum 5 years' experience in healthcare recruitingComprehensive knowledge of Recruiting and Employment regulations, policies, and practice (i.e., pay, interview, onboarding, etc.)Must be proficient in MS Office, comfortable with utilizing company databaseKeen knowledge of Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media recruitment sourcesFamiliarity with iCIMS Applicant Tracking SystemGood oral and written communication skills with a customer service focusAbility to maintain positive client and candidate relationshipsAbility to rapidly learn and perform new tasksDetail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt to changing environment & strong problem-solving skillsCompany OverviewAptive Resources is a management consulting firm focused on human experience, digital services and business transformation.
