[Remote] Healthcare Project Manager

The Healthcare Project Manager will oversee key organizational initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution across various teams while managing project timelines and stakeholder coordination.ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and post-launch review, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are achievedDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status updates for key organizational initiativesCoordinate activities across commercial, operations, supply chain, quality, R&D, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and accountabilityFacilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive follow-up to ensure timely completion of deliverablesIdentify project risks, resource constraints, and process gaps, proactively developing mitigation plans and escalation recommendationsSupport prioritization of projects based on business impact, operational readiness, customer requirements, and strategic objectivesMonitor project performance through KPIs, milestone tracking, and reporting dashboards, providing clear updates to leadershipCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, success metrics, and implementation plans.
