We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Healthcare Live Chat or Tele Chat Support for North Florida Retirement Village. This position will require providing exceptional customer service while handling live chats or tele chats with potential and current residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Provide prompt and courteous responses to live chats or tele chats with professionalism and empathy.
Ā Assist potential residents, family members, and healthcare professionals with inquiries and information regarding our facility's services and amenities.
Ā Respond to and resolve any issues or concerns raised during live or tele chats, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
Ā Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our facility's policies and procedures, as well as current healthcare industry regulations.
Ā Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective responses to live or tele chat inquiries.
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ā Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Ability to multitask, handle high volume of live or tele chats, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ā Empathetic and patient with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
