Remote Healthcare IT Specialist Compensation
• The pay for this position is $35.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Remote Healthcare IT Specialist Highlights

• Schedule : 3rd Shift (~9:00 PM PT – 5:00 AM PT)

• Highly prefer candidates with prior Pyxis experience

Remote Healthcare IT Specialist Responsibilities
• Deploy software and firmware remotely
• Configure devices in RSS and perform other remote remediation activities
• Interface closely with advanced support specialists
• Maintain accurate records and service documentation
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Contribute to process improvement and support documentation (job aids, knowledge articles)
• Assist in training peers and support functional strategies
• Maintain and update metric tracking systems and reporting tools

Remote Healthcare IT Specialist Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–3 years of proven applied experience in Computer Science, Technology, or Healthcare support
• Strong experience with application/software packaging and deployment
• Knowledge of:
• Windows OS, Active Directory, domain security
• Remote access tools (e.g., Bomgar)
• Desktop/system support services
• SQL scripting, cloud computing, Unix/Linux (preferred)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days
