Responsibilities • Lead digital strategy development and execution for clients, with experience in omnichannel campaigns and regulatory environments • Translate business challenges into data-driven digital solutions • Operate as a trusted advisor to clients, simplifying complexity and connecting digital efforts to business outcomes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative and Media Relations, to bring forth impactful integrated strategies • Coordinate with account leads to ensure budget and utilization health and provide ongoing status updates to account leaders • Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to grow talent and elevate performance across digital • Participate in, or lead, business development of digital opportunities for Green Room, as appropriate Skills • Seasoned digital and social comms consultants with healthcare/pharma experience • Expertise in orchestrating integrated digital ecosystems (from .com and CRM to paid media, SEO and social) • Proven track record of leading digital marketing strategy across a mix of large, matrixed organizations as well as smaller start-up environments • Experience in omnichannel campaigns and regulatory environments • Ability to translate business challenges into data-driven digital solutions • Operate as a trusted advisor to clients, simplifying complexity and connecting digital efforts to business outcomes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative and Media Relations, to bring forth impactful integrated strategies • Coordinate with account leads to ensure budget and utilization health and provide ongoing status updates to account leaders • Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to grow talent and elevate performance across digital • Participate in, or lead, business development of digital opportunities for Green Room, as appropriate • Strong executive presence with consultative skills and senior-level client-facing experience • Exhibit a growth mindset with an eye for organic growth, team development, and business transformation Company Overview • Green Room Communications is a PR company specializing in communication solutions.
