REMOTE Healthcare Delegation Coordinator

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify member eligibility and health plan benefits using established guidelines
- Communicate with providers regarding authorizations, modifications, and denials
- Monitor patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Prepare denial letters for review by Medical Director or Nurse Reviewer(s)
- Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary information for processing authorizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical skills to review compliance documentation and performance metrics
- Experience in delegation coordination and compliance auditing
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
- Professional communication skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare-related roles or authorization processes
- Familiarity with Service Levels Agreements (SLA) and quality improvement initiatives
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
