The role involves leading the design and integration of healthcare data into enterprise environments to support analytics and reporting, ensuring data quality and governance standards are met.ResponsibilitiesLead onboarding of Cerner Soarian and Cerner Millennium data into enterprise platformsDesign source-to-target mappings from Cerner data models to enterprise specificationsExtract, transform, and validate clinical, financial, and operational dataPerform data profiling, reconciliation, and gap analysisDesign and maintain scalable data models and data flowsPartner with IT, clinical, and business stakeholders to translate requirementsEnsure data quality, validation, and governance standards are metLead implementations and mentor junior resourcesSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field5–10+ years of experience in data architecture or healthcare analyticsHands-on experience with Cerner Soarian and/or Cerner Millennium data modelsExperience with enterprise data warehouse environmentsAdvanced SQL and database optimizationData warehousing concepts (ETL, CDC, dimensional modeling)Cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure)Data modeling and governance practicesDeep expertise in Cerner Soarian and Cerner MillenniumUnderstanding of clinical workflows and data lifecyclesFamiliarity with ICD, CPT, LOINC, SNOMED, RxNorm coding systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStakeholder communication and collaborationAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsLeadership and accountabilityCompany OverviewWe accelerate business transformation by solving complex technology, business and talent challenges.
