[Remote] Healthcare Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. w3r Consulting is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to join their Systems Analysis team. This role involves working with business partners to develop business requirements, creating functional requirements, and executing testing for code changes. The analyst will also coordinate with developers and suggest improvements to systems while managing projects as a Scrum Master.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in end-to-end user requirements discussionsCoordinate with business partners to be able to translate business process/workflows to technical process/workflowCoordinate with developers on technical deliverySuggest design for and test code changesDesign ways to improve systems, reducing costs and maximizing opportunitiesDocumentation of all calls, business requirements and team itemsScrum Master – assist with leading scrum, entering items into Jira and assisting with management of projects (this year we had 23)Skills3+ years of intermediate to advanced T-SQL (complex JOINs, subqueries, stored procedures, indexes, temp tables and CTEs, query optimization is a MUST). MS SQL is a must. TD SQL is desired but not required3+ years of functional testing and regression/negative testing3+ years of Intermediate to advanced SSRS (hands on dev experience with drilldowns, drillthroughs, dynamic groupings, document maps, single dataset for multiple controls etc etc)3+ years of intermediate SSIS (must be able to review / debug / suggest design for SSIS packages, must understand SSIS metadata rules, various SSIS properties, etc)5+ years of data analysis and mining5+ years of requirements gathering in Agile environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLogical, detail-oriented team player who learns quickly and can handle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment3+ years of Tableau experience - Must haveBachelor's DegreeMedicare / MedicaidMedical and coding terminologySNP Model of CareHealth Services / Medical Management / Population HealthScrum master experienceTableauCompany OverviewW3R Consulting is an information technology company that provides advanced analytics and program management services.
