Key Responsibilities:

Connect with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
De-escalate issues, escalate interactions when necessary, and provide feedback on call issues
Process payments, track call-related information, and provide upsells as required
Collaborate with a virtual team, working remotely in a dynamic and supportive environment

6 months of customer service experience preferred
High school graduate or GED, with ability to type 25 wpm
Comfort with desktop computer systems, Windows operating systems, and logical problem-solving skills
Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a clean and quiet workspace
Internet requirements: minimum 15.0 Mbps download, 5.0 Mbps upload, and no packet loss or VPN
