They are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to connect with individuals and organizations, guiding them toward the right care and helping them access therapy when needed.ResponsibilitiesConnect with leads and clients via phone, email, and fax to guide them through scheduling therapy sessionsEngage waitlisted clients and help match them with the right therapist based on their needsHandle inbound inquiries while proactively following up on missed or potential opportunitiesBuild trust through thoughtful, empathetic conversations—especially with individuals in vulnerable situationsAccurately document client information and interactions in real time using internal systemsCollect and verify demographic, insurance, and referral information to support proper client placementUse EHR systems to schedule appointments, maintain records, and update client dataPresent and promote our services to referral sources such as healthcare providers, clinics, and organizationsDevelop relationships with partners and referral networks to drive consistent business growthConsistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targetsSkillsAt least 2 years of sales experience (preferably in U.S. healthcare or mental health services)Strong communication skills in English (C1 level or above, written and spoken)Confident in sales conversations, with the ability to influence and guide decisionsHighly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setupComfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving processesEmpathetic and able to support clients who may be in emotional or mental distressQuick to learn new tools and systems (e.g., EHRs, Google Workspace, CRMs, communication platforms)Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detailProven track record in sales, with consistent achievement or overachievement of targetsExperience in lead generation, prospecting, and outbound outreach (including cold calling)Self-motivated, resilient, and able to maintain momentum in a fast-paced environmentDesktop or laptop with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent), 8GB RAMStable internet connection of 10 Mbps or higherExperience working remotely or in a BPO environment is a plusFamiliarity with U.S. insurance eligibility is an advantage (not required)BenefitsFully remote, work-from-home setupMonthly health stipendPaid U.S. holidays and time offPerformance-based bonus structureOpportunity to grow within a fast-scaling healthcare companyCompany OverviewInsight Therapy Solutions is a mental health clinic that focuses on medication management, psychotherapy, and psycho-social rehabilitation.
