They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to support firm growth by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier consulting talent across multiple service lines.ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruiting for senior-level consulting roles across healthcare IT, strategy, and operationsBuild and maintain strong pipelines of consulting talent with relevant healthcare domain expertisePartner closely with Managing Directors and Service Line Leaders to align recruiting strategies with revenue goals, client demand, and delivery needsLeverage deep understanding of the healthcare consulting market to identify, engage, and close high-impact talentDrive efficient candidate progression through ATS (Bullhorn), ensuring speed and quality from source to hireTrack and analyze key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, etc.) to continuously improve performanceMentor and guide junior recruiters, promoting consistency, best practices, and high-quality candidate experiencesContribute to employment branding and targeted recruiting campaigns aligned with Impact Advisorsβ market positioningSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5β7+ years of recruiting experience within a healthcare consulting organization or similar consulting environmentDemonstrated success recruiting for consulting roles (e.g., advisory, implementation, optimization, digital health, revenue cycle, ERP, or data & analytics)Deep understanding of healthcare consulting talent profiles, delivery models, and client expectationsStrong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadersExceptional sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills within niche consulting talent marketsProven ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentProficiency in ATS/HRIS systems (Bullhorn preferred) and recruiting analyticsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive recruiting strategyCommitment to delivering a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience aligned with Impact Advisors' brandPrior experience in a senior or lead recruiter capacity is strongly preferredBenefitsWork Schedule: Remote-friendly, flexible within standard business hoursFor salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.Company OverviewImpact Advisors is a nationally recognized healthcare consulting firm.
