Job Type: Full-TimePosition Summary:We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Compensation Specialist to support the design, execution, and optimization of compensation strategies across the organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring compensation programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring both tactical execution and strategic insight into market trends, job architecture, and pay equity practices.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Compensation PlanningPartner with HR and business leaders to assess compensation needs and deliver data-driven recommendations that align with organizational goals.Support the development and enhancement of compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive plans based on market intelligence and internal equity analyses.Contribute to the design and execution of compensation strategy across annual merit, promotion, bonus, and equity cycles.Compensation Consulting & Program ManagementDevelop and present compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal equity adjustments.Lead or participate in job evaluations and ensure alignment with FLSA classifications and internal grading systems.Perform market pricing using survey tools such as MarketPay, PayScale, Mercer, or Radford to ensure competitiveness and pay transparency.Compliance & Audit SupportEnsure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local laws including FLSA, SCLS, and other labor regulations.Support compensation audits and job code maintenance, ensuring data integrity across HRIS and compensation platforms.Project and Process ImprovementAssist in the rollout of compensation-related initiatives and projects, including system improvements, training materials, and communication plans.Collaborate
