What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of patient support, serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking care coordination and assistance. Clinical Call Triage and Management

Triaging urgent and non-urgent clinical calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources with empathy and efficiency
Assessing the urgency of incoming calls and appropriately routing them to the appropriate clinical or administrative staff
Providing accurate information and guidance to callers while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
Documenting all interactions thoroughly in our electronic health record system


Referral Processing and Data Management

Assisting with data entry and comprehensive management of new patient referrals
Verifying referral information for accuracy and completeness
Processing referrals in a timely manner to ensure patients receive care without delay

Care Coordination Communication
