[Remote] Healthcare Business Analyst / Technical Writer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Harvey Nash is seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst / Technical Writer to join their team. The role requires strong technical writing skills and experience in the Design, Development, Implementation (DDI) of IT projects, particularly in public assistance programs.

Responsibilities
• Experience defining business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, determining business solutions and verifying solutions meet requirements

Skills
• Self-motivated individual that will be able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong technical writing skills
• 3+ years working in a Business Analyst position or 3+ years strong background in public assistance program(s)
• Experience defining business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, determining business solutions and verifying solutions meet requirements
• Experience working on the Design, Development, Implementation (DDI) of a major IT project
• Experience with the public assistance programs DES supports (Medicaid, SBM, SNAP, TANF, CCAP, or WIC)
