Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
• Assist in managing patient records and updating electronic health systems
• Provide support with prescription refills, referrals, and follow-ups
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and administrative teams
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a healthcare support or administrative role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with computers and basic healthcare software (EMR/EHR systems a plus)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
