[Remote] Healthcare Architectural Team Leader

They are seeking an Architectural Team Leader to guide and motivate their Healthcare team, ensuring effective team collaboration and project quality. This role involves supervising team members, managing workloads, and fostering a supportive team environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise, manage and motivate team members daily to function in a goal-oriented mannerThrough supportive leadership create an inspiring and trusting team environment promoting the growth of team members with an open communication cultureUtilize your expertise, peers, influence, and/or creativeness to formulate smooth team operations and effective team collaborationEffectively resolve conflict within teams by initiating and facilitating communicationEffectively plan and schedule workload and performance of team membersEstablish and improve levels of technical competence, quality and efficiency of projectsMonitor the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the teamEnsure team is right sized, right skilled and trainedInterview and hire team members in collaboration with the Regional Team LeaderListen to team feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts escalating issues if neededPartners with Human Resources for strategic people management dutiesRecognize high performance and reward accomplishmentsSkillsBA/BS or MS degree in ArchitectureMinimum of fifteen (15) years of related work experience is required.
