The role involves managing inbound calls, identifying client needs, providing quotes, and ensuring excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesManage inbound calls from individuals inquiring about ACA individual and/or family health plansIdentify clients’ needs and match solutions to those needsProvide quotes using our sales systems and carrier quoting toolsProvide excellent customer service to include a positive relationship between prospective members and GallagherSkillsMinimum high school diploma or 1-2 years related experienceHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMust have an Active Accident/Health Insurance License in your state of residencyAbility to get appointed as a licensed sales agent by multiple insurance carriers or released if already appointed.
