Hiring in the following States: Arizona, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, SC, NC Tennessee, Utah, Texas, Florida
Start date: every Monday
Pay Rate: $21/hour + average sales = $23/hour
Bilingual Spanish Pay Rate: $24/hour + average sales = $26/hour
Type of Hire: Direct hire Β but for seasonal AEP work. It will probably end in December. There are some perm position after at $18/hr
Training 2-4 weeks (depends on program)
Training Schedule: 8am-4:30pm either CST or EST (NO PST training schedule available)
Training Environment: Some training will require cameras
Post Training Schedule
Β Different schedules Β 8 hour shift between 6am and 2am (CST)
Β open 7/days per week
Β Overtime available, candidates may get asked to work later hours and more hours during AEP season
Location: Work from home
Technology: Laptop or chrome book, headset, 5 Foot ethernet cord (shipped directly to their home)
Candidate Provides: Hardwired internet, quiet place to work
Summary
Β You will be taking inbound calls and helping customers with information and decisions on their healthcare/Medicare plans, most calls are for re-enrollment
Β You MUST have an active health insurance license in the state where you reside, no exceptions
Β This is 100% remote! The client will ship computer equipment to your home.
Β Calls are 80% inbound of re-enrollments or people aging into the program
Β Calls are 30% outbound based on people expressing interest
Β NO COLD CALLS

Β Must reside in the state where they are licensed
