They are seeking a Head of Product Operations to build and scale the operational backbone of their Product organization, focusing on strategic operations, AI integration, and insights that drive product decisions.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CPO and product leadership team to define, track, and operationalize product strategy across the organizationOwn the product operating cadence: QBRs, planning cycles, leadership offsites, and cross-functional ritualsBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into portfolio health, team capacity, and delivery performanceDrive alignment across Product, Engineering, and GTM on priorities, roadmap milestones, and resource allocationChampion the integration of AI tools and workflows into Product Operations, including automated reporting, intelligent prioritization support, and AI-assisted research synthesisPartner with Engineering and Platform teams to identify where AI can reduce operational overhead in product delivery workflowsDevelop a framework for how product managers use AI in discovery, spec writing, and iteration, and drive adoption of best practices across the orgStay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and translate them into operational improvements that give Tempoβs product teams a competitive edgeOwn the Product teamβs core toolstack and ensure PMs and designers have the systems they need to do their best workDesign and implement scalable processes for roadmap management, intake, prioritization, and cross-team dependency trackingBuild and run the onboarding and enablement programs for new product hires, ensuring ramp-up is fast and consistentIdentify and close operational gaps before they become organizational bottlenecksBuild the data and insights infrastructure that connects product decisions to customer outcomes and business resultsOwn the voice-of-customer synthesis process, ensuring product leadership has a regular, structured view into customer feedback, NPS signals, and support trendsWork with Data and Analytics to instrument key product metrics and make them accessible to the broader product teamSkills7+ years in Product Operations, Strategy and Operations, Chief of Staff, or a related function at a high-growth B2B SaaS companyProven ability to operate at both the strategic and executional level β comfortable designing operating models and rolling up your sleeves to implement themDeeply fluent in modern AI tools and genuinely excited about how they can change the way product organizations work β you have opinions on this and have put them into practiceStrong analytical skills, with the ability to build dashboards, synthesize complex data, and communicate insights to a senior audienceExceptional communicator who can write crisply, run effective meetings, and build alignment across functions without authorityExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, BigQuery, Looker, or equivalents β and a track record of improving how teams use themComfortable with ambiguity and energized by building structure where it doesn't yet existExperience in the Atlassian ecosystem or project and resource management software is a strong plusBenefitsRemote First work environment.Unlimited vacation in most of our locations!Great benefits including health, dental, vision and savings plan.Perks such as training reimbursement, WFH reimbursement, and more.Diverse and dynamic teams with challenging and exciting work.An opportunity to have a real impact on our business.A great range of social activities (both in person and virtual).Optional in person meet-ups and the ability to travel to our international offices.Employee referral program.Company OverviewWe help organizations innovate, orchestrate, and deliver β turning bold ideas into successful outcomes.
