This role involves cross-functional collaboration, enhancing workflows, and implementing AI automation to streamline processes across various departments.ResponsibilitiesDesigning clear intake processes for requests, projects, and cross-functional initiativesCreating repeatable handoff systems between departmentsImproving release readiness and launch coordinationHelping define ownership, next steps, blockers, and communication pathways for active projectsSupporting retrospectives and follow-through after major releases, projects, or operational changesCreating documentation that helps a remote team operate with less reliance on verbal handoffImproving the way our internal communication and work systems connectCreating clearer visibility into project status, blockers, and release readinessSupporting product and engineering operating cadencesHelping ensure Support, Marketing, Partnerships, and Documentation have the information they need before launchesBuilding systems that allow technical work to translate into clear cross-functional updatesIdentifying where AI and automation can reduce repetitive coordination workBuilding or supporting tools such as: AI-assisted release note drafting, Daily or weekly project status summaries from tools like Linear, GitHub, or Asana, Meeting-to-action-item workflows, Partner or support request triage, Internal tools that surface blockers, patterns, or follow-up items, Agents that help teams stay aligned without adding more meetingsEvaluating and recommending AI toolsHelping consolidate overlapping tools or workflowsSupporting internal guidelines for responsible AI useHelping department heads identify practical, high-ROI AI use casesBuilding repeatable patterns so AI adoption does not depend on each workflows break down or create confusion for other departmentsUnderstanding how Support, Marketing, Partnerships, and Documentation currently get the information they need before and after launches, and where that falls shortDeveloping a grounded point of view on where to focus first and a concrete plan for the improvements you want to makeSkills5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, engineering operations, business operations, automation, or a similar cross-functional roleExperience working inside a software product companyExperience working remotelyHands-on technical ability with scripting, APIs, automations, or AI-assisted workflowsExperience building or implementing internal tools, automations, or LLM-based workflowsStrong written communication skills, especially in a remote environmentAbility to create clarity across multiple workstreams without adding unnecessary bureaucracySound judgment about when to escalate, when to solve directly, and when to simplifyA bias toward follow-through, documentation, and closing loopsComfort working in a small company where people wear multiple hatsEnthusiasm for joining a small team
