This hands-on role involves developing growth strategies, optimizing email marketing, and leveraging analytics to drive revenue and enhance the marketing function.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and build new acquisition funnels and conversion experiments across channelsDesign and run A/B and multivariate tests across the entire funnelIdentify conversion bottlenecks and own the roadmap to fix themDocument learnings and build a culture of structured experimentation across the teamBuild and optimize lifecycle email programs including welcome, nurture, and winback sequencesDrive revenue from our existing customer base through smart segmentation and personalizationContribute to creative strategy for paid channelsMock up and build landing pages using AI tools or platforms such as WebflowProduce conversion-focused creative assets in collaboration with the teamOwn growth dashboards and produce clear monthly and quarterly performance reportsSet goals and OKRs and ensure the team is tracking toward them over timeTranslate data into actionable recommendations and remain agile enough to shift strategy when neededLeverage AI tools for creative automation and to build scalable systems for ad creative productionExplore automated approaches to reporting and operational workflowsStay ahead of the curve on how AI is reshaping performance marketing and DTC as a wholeSkills3+ years of growth marketing experience in a DTC or e-commerce environmentA proven track record of managing and scaling brands at meaningful revenue levelsA self-starter who can operate without established processes and build them from the ground upData-driven mindset with fluency in key performance metrics including ROAS, LTV, CAC, and CVRExperience designing and running structured experimentsComfort with landing page creation and design, including using AI-powered or no-code toolsEmail marketing skills, you have built flows and sequencesClear, concise communicator, written and verbalExperience in health, beauty, wellness, or skincare categoriesBackground in subscription ecommerceExperience scaling a brand from early traction through to significant, sustained revenueCompany OverviewDimond Connect provides e-commerce recruitment with sourcing, screening, and placement on a contingency basis.
