The Head of Digital and Growth Marketing will lead digital strategy, oversee marketing technology, and drive growth initiatives to enhance user acquisition and engagement.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the roadmap for all digital channels, lifecycle, demand programs, growth experiments, and website strategyPrioritize initiatives to maximize acquisition, activation, adoption and expansion across our enterprise, mid-market and SME segmentsCollaborate closely with Sales, Product, RevOps and Marketing to ensure alignment on outcomes and performance measurementSupport commercial acquisition and growth strategies via ABM/ABN programs, paid media, and CROFoster a culture of experimentation: generate hypotheses, run tests, and scale what worksPartner with our Demand Lead to ensure campaigns are executed and optimized efficientlyWork with a range of experts to define activation, engagement and expansion strategiesEnsure messaging, journey design, and in-product communications are integrated and segmented for successUse data insights to refine campaigns and maximize impact across millions of usersOwn the marketing technology strategy and roadmap, including automation, analytics, and integrationsEnsure website strategy and CRO initiatives support both acquisition and lifecycle objectivesManage vendors, contractors, and external dev resources to deliver website and stack execution effectivelyLead a small, high-impact in-house team: Demand, Website, OpsMentor and develop team members, providing strategic guidance and operational supportFoster a collaborative, experimental, and outcome-focused cultureSkills8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or SaaS marketing leadership rolesExperience scaling digital acquisition and lifecycle programs at large scale (B2B or PLG)Proven experience with ABM/ABN campaigns, growth experiments, CRO, and lifecycle engagementExperience managing marketing technology stacks, CMS, automation, analytics, or orchestrating technical teamsStrategic thinker with ability to translate data into actionable growth initiativesStrong team leadership, mentorship, and ability to coordinate contractors or agenciesComfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high-impact responsibilityBenefitsThis role is remote and open to anywhere in the USContinuous learning and development opportunities, including subsidised course fees, certifications, conferences, and free access to Udemy and moreCompany OverviewKami is a digital learning platform that empowers everyone to #lovelearning.
