[Remote] Head of Brand Marketing

They are seeking a Head of Brand Marketing to lead brand identity development, ensure consistent messaging, and drive customer engagement through various marketing strategies.ResponsibilitiesLead the identity development and storytelling behind our brands, with a primary focus on our flagship brand, moonbowlsEnsure the consistency of our brand messaging and value proposition across all customer touchpointsWork closely with the CEO and R&D team to guide our culinary roadmap from a brand and market opportunity perspective (ie, How do we best reflect our brand values in our culinary offerings? What are the culinary and cultural trends that map to our brand values and should be on our roadmap?)Own the post-purchase customer journey to maximize order frequency and customer lifetime value. You will spearhead retention strategies, digital loyalty initiatives, and occasion-based campaigns that drive repeat ordering behavior and brand stickiness.
