[Remote] HCM Solutions Engineer

The HCM Solutions Engineer will work with clients and the CRM consulting team to plan, design, develop, and launch new functionalities while also researching and developing new offerings for the practice. Responsibilities Recommend Technology Solutions for our customers and prospects Demonstrates understanding of goals and objectives and customer business needs by using Selling Through Curiosity discovery methodologies to ensure appropriate solutions are implemented Collaborates closely with Solution Engineers, consulting manager, sales and project teams in assessing business strategy and priorities, and tuning solutions to business goals Creates product demonstration scripts that clearly show how our CRM products address customer pain points based on progressive discovery Delivers product demonstrations in an effective and engaging manner to customer. Strives to tell relatable stories so that customers can clearly see how our CRM solutions solves their pain points and improves their business Can effectively manage an audience with diverse business needs and interests through demos ranging from a few hours to all day Contributes to more effective operations by developing and enforcing best practice policies and procedures for product implementations Develops detailed process and data models for logical and conceptual requirements to meet solution objectives.
