As an HCM Consultant, you will provide functional expertise in Workday HCM modules, supporting client engagements and enabling them to optimize their Workday environments post go live.ResponsibilitiesProvide functional expertise across Workday HCM modules in support of client engagementsSupport knowledge transfer and client enablement aligned with Three Link’s delivery methodologyMaintain current knowledge of Workday HCM enhancements, product updates, and leading practicesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with Three Link’s standardized deployment approachSkills3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM in a consulting, implementation, or functional capacity2+ years of experience supporting Healthcare or Nonprofit customersStrong functional understanding of Workday HCM modules (ie.Core HR, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent Optimization, Talent Management, Learning, Help, Peakon, and PEX)Active Workday certification in HCM moduleExperience working within a Workday Services Partner environmentBackground in HR operations, HR technology, or enterprise software consultingExperience communicating complex system functionality to business stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsCompany OverviewThree Link Solutions provides staff augmentation, project management, robotic process automation and payroll advisory services.
