Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking a highly skilled Hardware Asset Management Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow. This role will focus on optimizing hardware asset lifecycle processes and ensuring integration across enterprise systems, specifically utilizing the Yokohama release.ResponsibilitiesLead and support recent ServiceNow HAM implementation efforts, including configuration, customization, and deployment on the Yokohama releaseDesign and develop HAM workflows, business rules, and integrations to support hardware lifecycle managementCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with best practicesEnsure data accuracy and compliance across the CMDB and HAM modulesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM functionality, performance, and integrationsStay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform enhancements, especially those introduced in the Yokohama releaseProvide documentation, training, and support to end users and technical teamsSkillsBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field10+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset ManagementProven track record of recent HAM implementation on the Yokohama releaseProficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scriptingExperience with CMDB, Discovery, and integration with third-party asset toolsStrong understanding of ITIL processes and asset lifecycle managementServiceNow Certified System Administrator; HAM certification strongly preferredExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesFamiliarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHubKnowledge of software asset management (SAM) and IT operationsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesCompany OverviewDice is a job-searching platform for technology professionals.
