REMOTE - Guest Booking Coordinator/Producer (Part-Time)

Executive Leaders Radio is the #1 “Business with Heart” radio show in the U.S. with over 19 years of experience and 11,853 CEOs interviewed. We provide a platform for business leaders to share their insights, leadership journeys, and business expertise, while fostering community engagement through impactful programming. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Part-Time Guest Booking Coordinator/Producer to help us expand our network of CEOs and other influential leaders to appear on our nationally syndicated radio show and podcast. This role will focus on reaching out to executives, scheduling their appearances, and promoting the mission of Executive Leaders Radio. Responsibilities: Guest Coordination & Booking • Research and identify key CEOs and executives to be invited on the show, with a focus on expanding our guest list. • Initiate outreach via email, phone, and social media to schedule appearances on Executive Leaders Radio. Warm leads and references provided. • Effectively communicate the show’s value proposition, including its impact on both guests, listeners and business community. • Relationship Building: Manage and organize the booking process for guests, ensuring smooth scheduling and preparation.Develop and maintain strong relationships with CEOs and other business leaders who sponsor our show. Qualifications • Cold Outreach Experience: Strong ability to initiate and sustain outreach to senior executives and key decision-makers. Experience in sales is a PLUS! • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade high-level executives. • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple guests and schedules while maintaining attention to detail. • Self-Motivated: Proactive, independent, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision. • Passion for the Mission: A strong interest in the work of Executive Leaders Radio and our goal of empowering future business leaders. Requirements: We value longevity, so five (5) years or more of employment with a single employer is required.
