[Remote] GTM/Sales Lead (Aviation)

They are seeking a GTM/Sales Lead with an aviation industry background to drive new customer acquisition and manage sales processes from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesOwn and build the sales pipeline: identify, research and prioritise target airlines and other industry customersRun outreach and prospecting, from cold contact to first conversationManage deals end to end: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation and closeBuild and maintain relationships with decision-makers across airline ops, procurement and innovation teamsRepresent Overwatch AI at industry events, conferences and with key accountsKeep the CRM and pipeline data clean, and report on progress to the CEOFeed market and customer insight back into product and positioningSkills5+ years of sales or business development experience in an aviation or airline environmentDeep understanding of airline operations (flight ops, OCC, ground ops, etc.)Experience in software sales in an aviation contextStartup mindset: ownership, curiosity, flexibility. Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out independentlyFluent English.
