The role involves analyzing revenue flows, building operational models, and generating actionable insights to support strategic decisions.ResponsibilitiesBuild a holistic view of how revenue flows through the business: Marketing → Sales → Customer Success → Financial outcomesAnalyze funnel, pipeline, revenue, and retention performance to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunitiesMonitor GTM KPIs and financial metrics, focusing on the levers that influence growth and profitabilityDevelop and maintain revenue and operational models (pipeline, bookings, revenue, churn/retention, unit economics)Support ongoing forecasts and executive reporting, ensuring visibility into performance vs. expectationsConduct variance analysis and provide concise explanations and recommendations to leadersPrepare investor and board reporting, ensuring accurate representation of financial results and key business metricsTranslate complex data into simple, actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisionsEvaluate pricing, packaging, GTM investments, and strategic initiatives through quantitative impact analysisPartner across functions to accelerate decision velocity and improve executionLeverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve reporting, and automate manual workflowsIdentify opportunities to use AI for forecasting, data processing, and operational optimizationStay proactive in experimenting with and adopting emerging AI capabilitiesSkills3–5 years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, finance, revops, analytics, or a related cross-functional role (SaaS preferred)Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced in modeling and data interpretationExcellent communication skills—able to synthesize complexity into clarityCurious, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environmentsExperience with CRM/reporting systems, BI tools, SQL is a plusFinance awareness is a nice to have — foundational understanding of financial statements, SaaS economics, and modeling logicBenefitsHigh-Performance Culture: At OfficeSpace, we believe in the power of accountability, focus, and drive.
