[Remote] GTM / Revenue Operations (contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Reflow is a lean, fast-moving team seeking a GTM/Revenue Operations contractor to enhance their GTM stack. The role involves auditing current tools, connecting and configuring systems, building dashboards, and ensuring data quality to streamline operations.ResponsibilitiesAudit current GTM stack (Attio CRM, outbound tools, internal workflows) and flag gaps or broken connectionsConnect and configure tools so data flows correctly between CRM, outbound, and reporting layersBuild dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline health, experiment results, and rep activity — without needing to pull it manuallySet up automations to reduce manual ops work (lead routing, status updates, Slack alerts, etc.)Write clear documentation so the team can maintain what you buildFlag any data quality issues and help define naming conventions, lifecycle stages, field standardsSkillsPrior experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops — ideally at a B2B / Enterprise startupComfortable with Attio (or comparable CRMs like HubSpot / Salesforce) at an admin levelExperience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Metabase, or similar)Hands-on with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)Has done this for multiple companies before — not learning on the jobWrites clean, maintainable documentation without being askedAble to work independently with minimal context, ask smart clarifying questions up frontCompany OverviewReflow builds AI agents for fast enterprise software integrations.
