This role is responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment for GTM roles within the US, focusing on attracting and hiring exceptional talent to drive growth in a fast-growing SaaS environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end hiring process for US, GTM functions— from intake to offer ensuring speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experienceDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top performers in the SaaS ecosystem, including direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and referralsWork closely with leadership and the People Team to align hiring plans with business goals.
