Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a strong plusGenuine understanding of GTM talent and culture. You get what makes a sales person tick, understand sales culture, and can speak credibly with candidates and sales leaders about the realities of GTM rolesStrong sourcing skills and experience with recruiting tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM systems, networking strategies, and creative outreach tactics to attract passive sales talentProficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse, and comfort with recruiting software and tools in general.
