[Remote] GTM Operations Manager

The GTM Operations Manager will implement the overall revenue strategy, aligning Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesHelp drive execution and alignment of Syncro’s growth objectives and business goalsAssists with operational aspects to facilitate forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and sales process optimization in order to drive sales productivity and effectivenessWork with GTM leadership to understand and optimize funnel management and pipeline efficiencyPartner with marketing to optimize lead flow, campaign management, and marketing automation processes to ensure a seamless customer journey and maximize revenue opportunitiesWork closely with the finance team to align on revenue reporting, budgeting, and financial planning, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and the identification of key growth driversCollaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all revenue-generating functions, particularly with the finance team to ensure accurate financial forecasting and with the marketing team to maximize the effectiveness of demand generation effortsWill serve as a key stakeholder across cross functional GTM systems (i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, Claude, Outreach.io, etc)Leverage data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations that drive revenue growth, improve decision-making, and enhance overall business performanceContinuously evaluate and improve revenue operations processes, tools, and technologies to drive efficiency and scalabilitySkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced, high-growth environmentProven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaborationExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsExperience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other revenue operations technologiesA customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to customers and partnersExperience working with target customer profiles in the SMB spaceBenefitsRemote first: We are the PIONEERS of “work from home” - remote work is all we have ever done and we do it well!
